Every Highline Data Education Services open enrollment program is certified by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.  Custom programs may also be eligible for CPE credits.

About Our Instructor

Kevin B. Oates, Jr. is an executive with nearly 40 years of financial, operations, and general management experience in corporate, consulting, and research organizations.  He has held senior financial positions at Life, Property & Casualty, and Reinsurance carriers, including AON Corporation, Home Reinsurance Company, and Prudential Insurance Company. 

He has also held executive positions at intermediary, consulting, and training organizations.  He founded an educational consulting firm in 1996 to deliver insurance educational training programs domestically and internationally and served as principal and president until joining Highline Data. 

Kevin Oates was an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Rutgers University and has co-authored texts on Property & Casualty insurance and Reinsurance published by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and educational publishers.
